Uploading Blood Sugar Levels

Bettie supports multiple ways to import your glucose data so it can map meals to your glucose response.

Supported sources

You can import glucose data from any of the following sources. Each method writes readings into Apple Health, which Bettie then reads automatically.

Apple HealthKit
Apple HealthKitAuto-sync from CGMs that write to Apple Health
Dexcom Clarity
Dexcom ClarityImport a CSV export from Dexcom Clarity
LibreView
LibreViewImport a CSV export from LibreView
CamAPS FX
CamAPS FXImport a text export from mylife CamAPS FX

Apple HealthKit

If your CGM already writes to Apple Health (for example, the Dexcom G7 app), simply enable HealthKit access in Profile → Apple Health. Bettie will auto-sync new readings in the background — no file imports needed.

Dexcom Clarity CSV

  1. Open Dexcom Clarity on the web or in the app and export your data as a CSV file.
  2. In Bettie, go to Profile → Import Glucose Data.
  3. Select Dexcom Clarity CSV and pick the exported file.
  4. Bettie will parse the readings and import them into Apple Health.

LibreView CSV

  1. Log in to LibreView and download your glucose data as a CSV export.
  2. In Bettie, go to Profile → Import Glucose Data.
  3. Select LibreView CSV and pick the exported file.
  4. Bettie will parse the readings and import them into Apple Health.

CamAPS FX

  1. In the mylife CamAPS FX app, use the text export feature to generate a data file.
  2. In Bettie, go to Profile → Import Glucose Data.
  3. Select CamAPS FX and pick the exported file.
  4. Bettie will parse the readings and import them into Apple Health.

We are working on direct cloud integrations for Dexcom Share, LibreView cloud sync, and Nightscout. These will let Bettie pull readings automatically without any file exports.
